Return of goods will only be accepted for credit/return if the company is notified within 7 days of pickup or delivery and the following conditions have been met.

1. The goods are faulty or damaged during manufacture or delivery.
2. The goods are not subject to any further damage or deterioration on site.

When the goods are approved for a return, a stocking fee of 10% will be charged, plus any re-stocking and freight charged by our suppliers. Quantities estimated by our staff are approximate only and no responsibility will be accepted.
