Ironbark Timber began in 1980 when founder David Brady sold grey-ironbark sleepers from his ute, proving that hard work and integrity build strong timber—and stronger reputations.
Across four decades and countless projects, from the Yarra River and Noosa boardwalks to Pacific Harbour Golf Club, our mission has stayed constant: supply premium hardwood and back every order with practical, builder-first advice so jobs run right the first time.
Now led by Nathan and Karl Baker, we marry stock with a 2023 e-commerce platform, supplier partnerships that uphold PEFC chain-of-custody standards, protecting Australia’s forests while helping tradies and architects craft enduring structures.
